What You’ll Do Lead or support a classroom of infants, toddlers, and/or preschool-aged children Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with CT ELDS Build strong, positive relationships with children and families Work closely with a collaborative teaching team to support a supportive classroom environment Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 12 ECE credits CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration (may be completed after hire) Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork and child development Benefits What We Offer 3 weeks paid vacation 12 sick days 12 paid holidays 5 personal days Medical and dental insurance Agency-paid life insurance 403(b) with employer match 10% childcare discount for staff families Bilingual Spanish/English differential: +$2.88/hour Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Compensation $22.00 – $26.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications Full-time, year-round, Monday–Friday daytime schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr
