In this role, you'll become a trusted resource for customers by assisting with day-to-day banking needs, building lasting relationships, and connecting customers with products and services that support their financial goals.

What You'll Do - Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service during every customer interaction
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions
- Build relationships by engaging customers in meaningful conversations
- Understand customer needs and recommend beneficial banking solutions
- Assist with account servicing requests and banking inquiries
- Maintain accuracy while handling cash and balancing transactions
- Support branch goals through teamwork, referrals, and exceptional service
- Follow bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Continue developing banking knowledge through training and professional development
